Run splash pages on your own domain, customize branding, and send emails from your domain. Available for Partners, Resellers, and Enterprise customers.
Custom Domain Setup
1. Choose Subdomain Format

2. Add DNS Record
Create a CNAME record pointing to your region:

3. Obtain SSL Certificate
- Generate a certificate for your subdomain (free at ssl.com or Let's Encrypt)
- Email the private key and certificate to support@ironwifi.com
- Wait for installation confirmation

HTTPS is required for captive portals. Ensure your certificate is valid before going live.
4. Configure Portal
Update your captive portal settings to use the custom domain after certificate installation is confirmed.
Email White Labeling
Send IronWifi-generated emails from your own domain using SendGrid.
Setup
- Create a SendGrid account
- Complete domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- In IronWifi: Account > Settings > White Label
- Enter your SendGrid API key and sender details
