Account Management
Configure your IronWifi account profile, security settings, and subscription from the Console. You can update your contact information, change passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and generate API keys for programmatic access.
Profile Settings
Your profile provides IronWifi with the information needed to contact you with alerts and notifications. Edit any field by clicking on the value, making changes, and clicking "OK" to save.
Basic Information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Full Name | First and last name of your company's representative |
| Email Address | Where IronWifi sends account-level alerts and notifications. Must be a valid, actively monitored email |
| Phone | Contact number for the representative |
| Time Zone | Your company's operating time zone. Used for Reports and time-based access restrictions |
Security Settings
| Field | Description |

| Password | Used for Console authentication |
| Security Question | Used to verify identity for password recovery |
Certificates
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| CA Certificate | Download link for the Certificate Authority certificate used with EAP encrypted authentication |
Changing Your Password
There are two ways to change your password:
Through the Console
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on Change Password
- Enter your Old Password (required for verification)
- Enter your New Password
- Confirm New Password (must match exactly)
- Click Save
Choose a strong password that is not easily guessable to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Via Forgot Password
If you cannot remember your password:
- Go to the Login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email address
- Answer your Security Question
- Follow the account reactivation steps sent to your email
API Keys
API keys allow programmatic access to your IronWifi account. Learn more about generating and using API keys.
Subscription Management
View and manage your subscription:
- Current plan and usage
- Billing history
- Upgrade/downgrade options
- Payment methods
Two-Factor Authentication
For enhanced security, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
