By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description​

IronWifi provides cloud-based WiFi authentication services including:

  • RADIUS authentication and accounting
  • Captive Portal hosting
  • User management
  • Network analytics and reporting

3. Subscription and Billing​

3.1 Subscription Plans​

IronWifi is offered as a monthly or annual subscription in US Dollars (USD), Pound Sterling (GBP), or Euro (EUR).

3.2 Payment​

  • Credit card payments are processed automatically based on your billing date
  • Bank transfers are accepted for annual subscriptions
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

3.3 Free Subscription​

A free subscription is available with limited features, including a minimal number of users and access points.

3.4 Plan Changes​

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • No hidden or additional fees

4. User Responsibilities​

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures

5. Data and Privacy​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONWIFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination​

9.1 By You​

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Console.

9.2 By Us​

We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

9.3 Effect of Termination​

Upon termination, your access will end, and we may delete your data after a retention period.

10. Changes to Terms​

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
